Overview

In today’s competitive, fast-moving world, technical expertise alone won’t set you apart. Success in technical sales depends on your ability to connect with customers, communicate with impact, and confidently close deals.

The Fundamentals of Technical Sales will give you the proven strategies and hands-on practice to excel at technical sales. Designed to take you beyond product knowledge, you’ll develop a consultative, value-driven approach that positions you as a trusted advisor, helping you build relationships and provide customer-centred solutions. You’ll learn how to navigate the sales funnel and pipeline to manage clients effectively, deliver engaging sales presentations, present technical information clearly, and achieve customer buy-in through demonstrations and pilots. You'll also gain practical experience hosting successful customer events and applying real-world sales techniques that align with industry demands.

By the end of this course, you’ll have tools and strategies to navigate complex sales, build trust with your clients and customers, and drive business success.
