It further advances your leadership development by refining the communication skills to effectively navigate, facilitate and support meaningful workplace conversations.
Gain practical strategies to handle diverse workplace situations with confidence and clarity. Through discussions, interactive exercises, and peer collaboration, explore body language, cultural diversity, and conversational dynamics. Strengthen your assertiveness and learn techniques to deliver coaching and feedback with authenticity and purpose.
By the end, you’ll have the communication skills and leadership presence to inspire, motivate, and guide teams effectively.
This course is ideal if you:
- are stepping into your first leadership role and want a solid foundation in communication
- want to navigate workplace conversations with confidence and clarity while adapting to different situations
- aim to foster a culture of trust, feedback and psychological safety in your organization.
- For an optimal learning experience, it is highly recommended to complete the following courses first:
- Any industry-related experience you already have will be beneficial.
