Course disclaimer from Professional Home Builders Institute:
This course was recently updated to move the site visit from an in-person session at an active construction project to a pre-recorded session that allows you to learn anytime, anywhere.
The learning for this course is self-directed and at your own pace. You will be provided with detailed videos and images to help you learn more about moisture control principles and directly apply the theory and knowledge learned during CNST 001 to the simulated site visit.
This course uses the terms “Simulated Site Visit” and “Virtual Site Visit” interchangeably. All videos are prerecorded, and you will be able to access them anytime you wish.
There are no scheduled online instructor-led classes for you to attend.
You are required to complete CNST 001 - prior to registering for this course. If you have completed this requirement at a school other than SAIT, email us your proof of completion documents at least one week before the course starts.
