Overview
Microsoft SharePoint is a platform designed to collaborate and allow users to use tools known as web parts and apps to create and store documents, create lists, use content management to control content types and to use workflows to enhance corporate processes.
This six-hour virtual instructor-led course is intended for a site administrator who is required to maintain and administer the internal corporate site(s) and needs to manage the creation of the site and all its parts. You'll create term store management terms, create workflows, manage content types, work with modern web parts and manage guest users. This course is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience in SharePoint Online. However, if you're familiar with or currently using classic views (such as SharePoint 2019 Server or earlier versions), the content can be easily adapted to suit those environments, ensuring a seamless learning experience across both modern and classic SharePoint interfaces.
Upon completing this course, you'll be able to:
- define term store management and use your taxonomy
- manage documentation templates and library columns
- install and add modern web parts
- create flows using Power Automate
- work with guest accounts in your SharePoint organization
- create and embed MS Forms in your site pages
- use recorders in Power Automate desktop.
