To be successful in this course, we recommend you complete MGMT 020 - IT Business Analysis Essentials I, and MGMT 021 - IT Business Analysis Essentials II prior to registering for this course.

  • apply business analysis skills, industry best practices, tools, and techniques to support app-based projects (web, native, and mobile) and app development across different domains
  • create a digital strategy roadmap to enhance business value in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Apply project management methodologies as a business analyst across various domains (waterfall, agile, scrum, kanban, scrumban)
  • apply Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Improvement (BPI) concepts across domains
  • explain business analysis best practices, methodologies, and tools for infrastructure projects (OnPrem, OnPrem to cloud migration, Cloud)
  • apply data, data visualization, business intelligence, and machine learning concepts in projects and data management
  • apply best practices for security and governance in data management frameworks.
