Building on Business Analysis Essentials I, this course will deepen your understanding of business analysis by introducing planning and monitoring techniques. You’ll explore various methodologies to assess business needs and effectively manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
You'll analyze, model, design and deliver solutions while building a greater understanding of business analysis in various contexts and industries, supporting business analysis associations, business analysis certifications and various business analysis pathways.
Additionally you will also evaluate, prioritize and realize potential incremental improvements in business processes.
You'll also learn to assess business needs and manage project requirements. You'll explore the world of agile business planning practices and emerge prepared to deliver value to your organization by helping it reach its full potential.
