Before care runs from 7:30 am - 9 am each morning of camp, and aftercare runs from 4 pm - 5 pm in the afternoons after each camp. Please attend the before and aftercare option related to your camps.
Campers who have not been picked up by 5 pm will be relocated to the security office in the Eugene Coste building, Q100.
Drop-off and pick-up
Drop-off
We are not able to take campers into our care until 7:30 am. Parents and guardians are recommended to join their camper(s) on the first day to ensure they are familiar with pick-up and drop-off and if there are any missing forms or additional information to be aware of.
After the first day of camp, parents and guardians are not required to accompany their camper(s) to sign-in as all campers are able to sign themselves in each morning.
Pick-up
Campers will arrive in Aldred for pick-up by 3:45 pm, pick-up will start once all camps are at their designated sign-out areas.
Campers are required to notify and sign-out before leaving. For those with a designated sign-out, Government issued photo ID is required each day and must match the name provided during registration.
Early pick-up policy
If you are requiring early pick-up, SAIT Summer Camps staff must be informed at least 1 hour in advance to ensure a timely pick-up process. Summer Camps staff will determine the pick-up location dependent on staff availability.
Late camper pick-up policy
Except for extenuating circumstances, the following rules will apply when campers are picked up later than 5 pm:
- First-time late pick-up: aftercare privileges will be lost. Campers must be picked up at 4 pm for the remainder of the week.
- Second time late for pick-up: campers are withdrawn from the camps. No refund will be given.
