Overview

This course provides an in-depth knowledge of all stages of measurement of four main liquids: water, oil, condensate and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).

You'll learn about the best metering technology used from wellhead to sales, specifically liquid metering types associated with various forms of liquid measurement, installation and accuracy requirements. Learning about hydrocarbon liquid types and their fluid properties, you'll gain knowledge about the use of AGA and API standards. With this, you'll know how to specify liquid metering applications that require pressure and temperature correction during the design process, allowing you to understand the differences between volume and mass liquid metering applications.
