Overview

Our Liquefied Natural Gas Process Operations - Level A course includes 25 modules which provide an understanding of exploration, the discovery of gas production, and an introduction to LNG production and processes. Consisting of theory and knowledge-based, self-assessment components it's delivered in an interactive, self-paced, online format with dedicated, industry-experienced tutors.

This course is designed for junior-to-intermediate operators, requiring foundational knowledge in LNG plant operations and maintenance. If you're an operator seeking to upgrade your skills to further your professional development and career progression, this course will prepare you for subsequent on-the-job training within an operating environment.

This modular training is also an excellent professional development opportunity for individuals working in various roles, facilities and industry sectors who require an understanding of selective aspects of LNG plant operations and maintenance.

SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.

We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
