Sara Land, Client Development Manager

Sara is a Client Development Manager focusing on areas within the automotive, construction, hospitality, and travel and tourism industries.

Understanding the value of social capital and acting with integrity, she thrives in helping to foster culture, build relationships and support initiatives to find the best fit within the organizations she works with.

With a diverse spread of previous experience working within the trades, sports and entertainment, nonprofit and community investment, Sara has a passion for genuinely and authentically connecting with others. With her intention to ‘leave it better than you’ve found it’ and being a proud SAIT Alumni achieving her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Sara understands every learning journey is unique and needs to be directly applicable to be successful.

As a goal–oriented individual, Sara hopes to one day hold a world record title in the most hazelnut chocolates consumed in one minute. She is usually found enjoying a fancy latte with her family and her beloved dog in her spare time, enjoying the mountains, keeping active, and travelling the world when she can.

Oki, Âba wathtech, Danit'ada, Tawnshi, Hello.

SAIT is located on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut’ina and the Îyârhe Nakoda of Bearspaw, Chiniki and Goodstoney.

We are situated in an area the Blackfoot tribes traditionally called Moh’kinsstis, where the Bow River meets the Elbow River. We now call it the city of Calgary, which is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta.
