Welcome to The Tastemarket Canadian Kitchen

We proudly invite you into our live classroom and urban eatery. Established in 2017, the Tastemarket continues a 45-year tradition in the School of Hospitality and Tourism to provide our students with a truly diverse and real-world learning experience.

Enjoy made-to-order dishes inspired by Canada's rich culture, freshly made pizzas from our wood stone oven, grab & go sandwiches and salads, and fresh, in-house baked goods. Top it off by taking home SAIT-made charcuterie, pickled vegetables and signature sauces from the market. All are created by SAIT students under the guidance of our world-class faculty.
