Academic probation support

If your Grade Point Average (GPA) falls below 2.0, you'll be notified by the Office of the Registrar that you're on academic probation.

Back on Track workshop

Being notified you're on academic probation is an opportunity to make a change for the better - and a great time to check in with supports on campus.

This workshop will help you understand what academic probation means, plus you'll:

  • take a look at what didn't go well last semester - did you have distractions outside of school, is your classroom environment creating challenges, did your study plan not pan out, etc.
  • learn about grades and how to track to them
  • discover new learning strategies and increase your confidence
  • identify your next steps and make a plan to move forward.

When you register, you'll receive a confirmation email with workshop content.
