1. How can I pay for my purchase?

In-store purchases can be made with cash, debit, VISA, Mastercard or SAIT Bookstore gift card (available online). We do not accept cheques or credit cards that are not the customer's credit card. Photo ID is required for all credit card purchases and the cardholder must be present.

Online purchases can be made with VISA or Mastercard.

2.How do I know what books I need?

You can search for your required books (you must know your course codes) online. The new semester information is posted two weeks prior to the semester start. Required books are always subject to change without notice.

3. When should I buy my textbooks?

We recommend that you speak with your instructor(s) before purchasing your books, especially if they are not returnable. This will help you avoid making unnecessary purchases and returns. Avoid line-ups by coming early in the morning, in the evening, on weekends or by purchasing your textbooks online. Please note that inventory may not be available after the drop/add deadline.

4. How do I find my books in the store?

Health & Public Safety: Textbooks are shelved alphabetically by program in the Health & Public Safety aisle.
Apprentice Students: All material is shelved by program in the Apprentice section.
All other programs: Textbooks are shelved alphabetically by title in the Textbooks section.
Modules: are shelved by department and then numerically by module number.

If you forget your booklist we carry a master copy at the Bookstore. Booklists are always subject to change without notice. Visit our online store for the latest Booklist.

5. Can I put my books on hold?

We do not place holds on any textbooks or products. All merchandise is available as first-come, first-served.

6. What is your return policy?
