Student Services (Office of the Registrar)

SAIT's Student Services department is committed to informing and assisting our learners. We maintain contact from initial recruitment right through to graduation and employment. We are pleased to provide the following information and services to you:

  • Application information for full-time and part-time programs
  • Program advising (both in person and by e-mail) for prospective students
  • Registration information for part-time, evening, continuing education and distance education classes
  • Complete financial aid information including student loans, scholarships and awards

SAIT Bookstore

SAIT's on-campus bookstore has the text books and supplies you need to succeed! Get memorabilia, assorted clothing, bags, backpacks, gift items, greeting cards, school rings, magazines, snacks, general interest books and much more. There is also a great selection of laptops and pre-owned computers.

SAIT Computer Store

Located inside the SAIT Bookstore, the Computer Store offers academically-priced software, new and pre-owned PC computers and laptops, as well as authorized HECR-Educational Discounts on Apple computers.

Second-Hand Bookstore and Locker Operations - SAITSA Seconds

Need to find a book, or sell one on consignment? SAITSA Seconds offers student-friendly pricing on used books. Students not wishing to haul around heavy books can come here to rent a locker-rent for the semester or the year.

Universal Transit Pass (U-PASS)

The U-Pass gives you unlimited access to Calgary's extensive transportation system. This is especially convenient for SAIT students, as we are the only post-secondary institution in Calgary with an on-campus C-Train station.

Most full-time day programs include a mandatory U-Pass fee in the tuition balance. Check our U-Pass FAQs for more information.

Parking

Visitors to the campus may use any of the visitor parking lots. Permits are valid for day of purchase only, unless otherwise stated. Parking passes are also available.

Student ID Cards

Get your SAIT identification card needed for library access, identification for your U-Pass and much more.

XDocs is on campus for all your printing needs. Visit them today beside ATB bank. They can look after all your printing, binding, posters etc.
