Course Description

This Radiographic film interpretation workshop provides hands-on training and experience for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspectors who are already acquainted with the theory. It serves to familiarize Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) exam candidates with the equipment your exams will be conducted on. You'll cover the following radiography topics: darkroom procedures, film artifacts, factors affecting radiographic sensitivity, densitometers and Image Quality Indicators (IQIs).
