Course Description

This cabinetmaking course is an introduction to the principles of basic cabinet construction. Carpentry and woodworking topics include safety, effective use of materials, accuracy of work and assembly techniques. You will construct and assemble projects using common softwood and/or hardwood lumber, while learning how to produce shop drawings for use in constructing a shop project.
