Print Media is everywhere. From magazines and billboards to packaging and snowboards, the list of printed items seems endless. Canada's printing and graphic communications industry is one of the most diverse and widespread information-based manufacturing industries in the country. The Graphic Design Certificate of Achievement at SAIT is designed to enhance and increase the skills you need in this field.
Using the most recent software you will learn page layout and design, graphic manipulation, and even how to work as a contractor or consultant. You’ll receive quality training from experienced instructors who are active in the industry. You will receive hands on training, using state of the art equipment and software to gain the production, business and communication skills needed to be successful in the graphic design industry.
Students must take 8 courses to complete the program; seven (7) mandatory and one (1) electives.
