Improve your IELTS scores with our IELTS Preparation course. Throughout this course, you'll develop intermediate to advanced levels of proficiency of English language proficiency to prepare you to take the IELTS test.

About IELTS

Tests are offered in two formats: Academic and General Training.

The Academic format is applicable for post-secondary entrance, for graduate-level entrance requirements, and for membership in some professional organizations.

The General Training format focuses on general survival skills for purposes of secondary education, work experience or training programs in countries where English is the primary language. People migrating to Canada must take the General Training format.

Fees and payment

IELTS test fees for 2018 are $309 (including tax).

Additional services and forms are available through the IELTS Centre at SAIT. Fees apply.

  • Test date transfers
  • Test cancellations
  • Test remarking
  • Test Report Forms (couriered within North America or internationally)
  • Additional Test Report Forms sent to recognizing organizations (not provided to candidates)
