SAIT joins prestigious culture club
Calgary, AB — SAIT Polytechnic is proud to add another great win to a year of awards. Today SAIT was named one of Canada's 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures.

The award recognizes the importance of great workplaces, where culture has boosted performance and competitive advantage. Winning organizations were measured on vision and leadership; cultural alignment, measurement and sustainability; rewards, recognition and innovation achievements; organization performance; and corporate social responsibility.

A 32-member board of governors — consisting of top executives from the private and public sector from across Canada, most from past winning organizations of the program — reviewed the submissions. Waterstone Human Capital is an executive search firm specializing in recruiting and cultural assessment.
SAIT joins a prestigious group of winners the category of Broader Public Sector: Calgary Stampede, Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS), Free The Children, Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, Southlake Regional Health Centre, The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, Travel Alberta, Workers' Compensation Board of Nova Scotia, and World Vision.
This award comes in a year of tremendous external recognition for SAIT including being named a Top Alberta Employer, the Best Workplace for Training and Development and Canada's #1 Research College.
