SAIT strikes gold at Provincial Skills

Seventeen SAIT students garnered gleaming gold medals at the 2017 Provincial Skills Canada Competition (PSCC) held May 10-11 in Edmonton. 

With another 16 students claiming silver and 12 more awarded bronze, over half the SAIT contingent of 70 competitors earned medals.

Gold winners moving on to national competition

The 17 gold medallists will vie for honours at the 23rd Skills Canada National Competition in Winnipeg, Manitoba on May 31 - June 3. More than 500 post-secondary and high school students from all provinces and territories will compete in 40-plus skilled trade and technology categories.
